Spain eliminated already?

The biggest shock this World Cup is the early exit of the Defending FIFA Champions. Spain was beaten 5-1 against the Netherlands and then 2-0 against Chile. They still have a match against Australia, but the Netherlands and Chile have qualified as the top two in the group and will move on.

US Wins its first game

The US got off to a quick lead, but Ghana built lots of momentum despite trailing almost the entire game. Shortly after Ghana tied the game, the US finished with a header to win.

Mexico ties vs Brazil

Mexico pulled away with a win over Cameroon and then found itself in an intense defensive match vs a favored Brazilian team. Mexico's goalie Ochoa had an incredible performance and kept the score 0-0 against the World Cup's host country.

¿España ya es eliminada?

Lo más chocante este Mundial es la salida temprana de los campeones reinantes. España fue derrotada 5-1 en contra de Neerlandés y luego 2-0 contra Chile. Todavía tienen un encuentro contra Australia, pero Neerlandés y Chile se han calificado como los dos más altos en su grupo y seguirán adelante.

Los Spurs ganan el campeonato con victoria sobre Heat

Mantener la unidad del equipo: con esta estrategia los Spurs eliminaron al Heat y consiguieron otro campeonato. Tim Duncan, Tony Parker, Manu Ginobli y Kawai Lenard casi perfectamente jugaron sin avaricia y juntos dominaron al Heat 4-1 en la serie. Lenard ganó el galardón de MVP (jugador más valioso).

Los dos equipos se enfrentaron el año pasado en los finales, cuando los Heat remontaron para derrotar a los Spurs 4-3.
